Open Until Filled GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provides budget advice and analysis to help departments, the Governor, and the Legislature in their deliberations on state resource allocations. Develop a biennial standard budget, exception budgets, and final compilation of requested budget; perform budget analysis, preparation, and monitoring including analysis of state statutes, rules, and policies providing the basis for the Governor's budget recommendations and final legislative appropriation.
