Summary
The Network Manager leads statewide network, telecom, firewall, and connectivity operations for Wyoming's Department of Enterprise Technology Services. This role directs the Network Operations Center and manages network reliability, security, modernization, budgets, vendors, and staff across WAN, LAN, wireless, and unified network services. - Experience managing network operations including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, WAN connectivity, and service reliability
- Experience managing technology budgets, contracts, vendors, telecommunications carriers, and service-level agreements
- Experience developing operational standards, policies, procedures, network diagrams, and disaster-recovery documentation
