GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Department of Workforce Services is seeking a Labor Standards Analyst to investigate, evaluate, and issue written determinations through complex case analysis and independent adjudication of federal and state violations of civil rights laws and wage and hour laws. The incumbent will alleviate the burden on the Court System through informal and formal administrative procedures, including alternative dispute resolution, to resolve violations of State and Federal anti-discrimination and wage & hour laws.
