GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The air quality compliance supervisor will supervise the day-to-day tasks of the asbestos section, enforcement section, and environmental audit section. The compliance supervisor is the first contact for determining if violations of state or federal regulations are present and makes recommendations for enforcement activity. The compliance supervisor will engage with EPA regarding joint state/federal enforcement actions as well as overseeing agreements established for cooperative federalism.
