Key qualifications
- Four years of experience conducting research, analyzing policies/laws/rules, managing projects, or comparable combination with Associate's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience with IT processes such as Agile, Lean, DevOps, or ITIL
- Experience working with complex IT environments and budgets
- Proficiency using M365 tools, data analysis, and reporting tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, BI, Visualization tools)
- Strong understanding of IT Business Management (ITBM) frameworks and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to make independent decisions
