- Hands-on software development or scripting experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- Experience supporting IRS/CMS or other relevant audits in IAM context and working in Agile/Scrum environments
- REST API integration experience with IAM services and familiarity with DevOps processes and change management
