- Working knowledge of multi-tier distributed application architecture, server administration, application access, security principles, and IT change management
- Proficiency in SQL, writing custom queries, and ability to write PowerShell scripts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with process management tools, version control systems, web services, and automated build/deploy agents
