The Measurement and Verification Specialist works with the Department of Enterprise Services' Energy Program to validate energy efficiency projects for state agencies, schools, and municipal facilities. - Knowledge of facility management, utility tariff structures, and billing schedule analysis
- Ability to manage complex engineering projects independently and communicate effectively through negotiation and teamwork
