Summary
The Enterprise Inclusion Manager leads diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the Washington Department of Labor & Industries. This role develops and implements the agency's DEI strategic plan, works to transform internal and external service delivery with an equity lens, and partners with divisions on language access and training initiatives. The manager reports to the Director and serves on statewide workgroups to advance DEI for state government.

- 5 years of experience leading a large organization's DEI efforts and work with historically marginalized groups

- Experience creating policies and programs that increase power and voice of marginalized employees in large operations
- Cultural competencies in areas of race, religion, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, language, and socioeconomic status
- Bachelor's degree in social/organizational behavioral sciences, human resources, public administration, or related field
