- Professional certifications highly valued: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Certified Marine Chemist (CMC)
- Excellent coaching and employee development abilities with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual capabilities preferred with 5% salary increase for dual language responsibilities
