- Industry or regulatory experience leading complex investigations involving fires, explosions, or catastrophic chemical releases in covered facilities
- Strong management and leadership skills with expert knowledge of federal and state occupational safety and health programs
- Advanced knowledge of computerized data and information systems and strategic planning capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with stakeholder groups and maintain effective labor relations
