Fiscal Analyst (Fiscal Analyst 4)

The Fiscal Analyst 4 reports to the Director of Administrative Services at the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) and serves as the accounting expert and primary advisor on budgetary decisions. This position is responsible for agency financial structure, bill payment, accounts receivable invoicing, expenditure analysis, cost allocation, budget development, and oversight of state-wide goods and services contracts. The role supervises one full-time employee and coordinates with EFSEC staff, Facilities, and other state agencies to maintain accurate financial documentation and support agency compliance.
