HCLA WaCares Fund Training and Curriculum Developer The WA Cares Fund is a first-in-the-nation social insurance program, created by the Legislature to provide affordable long-term care insurance coverage to all working Washingtonians. Our team is the first point of contact for the program, and we are responsible for helping Washingtonians understand this new benefit.
