- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams or projects involving finance, procurement, budget, and performance management in large government organizations
- 5+ years of expert-level proficiency with Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Ability to apply internal control principles, conduct financial risk management, and coordinate audit responses from state or federal oversight agencies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change efforts and manage complex projects with strong written and verbal communication skills
