The Community Infrastructure Data Specialist works within the Department of Commerce's Local Government Division to lead data stewardship, fiscal accountability, and interagency coordination for Washington State's infrastructure investment programs including the Public Works Board and Community Development Block Grants. - Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of professional experience in community/economic development with focus on data management, analysis, or visualization (or 9 years without degree)
- Intermediate to advanced experience aggregating data from multiple sources and using data visualization tools such as Power BI or ArcGIS
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
