The Information Technology Project Manager IV manages technology-related projects for the State of Vermont's Agency of Digital Services, overseeing the State-side Financials workstream and coordinating with Finance leads, IT staff, and subject matter experts. - Ability to manage dependencies across Finance, OCM, data, integrations, reporting, testing, and training
- Proficiency in creating, baselining, and executing project work plans including scope, schedule, and cost management
- Experience with risk mitigation planning, earned value management, and document control
