- Supervisory experience managing professional, technical, and clerical staff
- Experience with hospital budgets, insurance premium rate development or review, or Accountable Care Organization operations
- Experience working with regulatory boards under Vermont's Open Meeting Law
- Master's degree in relevant field (preferred)
