Summary
The Senior Assistant/Associate Director of Visitor Experience leads planning, implementation, and administration of Virginia Tech's visitor experience and campus visit programs. This position oversees the Visitor and Undergraduate Admission Center, supervises professional and student staff including tour guides, and develops strategies to enhance the prospective student and family experience. The role requires on-site presence in Blacksburg, VA with evening and weekend availability during peak visit seasons.

- Bachelor's degree with several years of progressively responsible experience in visitor experience, campus events, student engagement, higher education recruitment, or related field

- Exemplary interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with individuals and large groups
