Key qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, data analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing research, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
- Expertise in evaluating marketing metrics, audience behavior, and brand health; proven ability to translate research data into actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing, social sentiment analysis, and online reputation management
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data findings to non-technical audiences; strong leadership and consultative skills with ability to drive data-informed decision-making across teams
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Snowflake, GA4, Data Studio, or SQL preferred
