Summary
The William & Mary Washington Center seeks a full-time Program Manager to manage administrative, assessment, and operational coordination of up to three innovative degree-seeking academic partnership programs based in Washington, D.C. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, the position will coordinate across multiple schools, academic units, faculty, and external partners while ensuring programs meet institutional, SCHEV, and SACSCOC accreditation standards. The role requires advanced knowledge of higher education administration, program assessment, and ability to support program growth, student engagement, and evidence-based improvement.
Key qualifications
- Master's degree in higher education administration, education, public policy, program evaluation, assessment, or related field
- Significant experience in higher education, K-12 education administration, academic program administration, or nonprofit management
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex programs involving multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of academic assessment, student learning outcomes, rubric development, or program evaluation
- Ability to interpret and communicate quantitative and qualitative data for program improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple units
