- Strong statistical methods and GIS-based data analysis experience with SAS, Matlab, ArcGIS, and SQL
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrated strong writing ability
- Ability to lead project teams and manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Solid understanding of engineering principles for analyzing and interpreting technical work
