Summary
The Standards Compliance Analyst 2 reviews and evaluates the delivery of services and quality of care provided to youth in Division of Juvenile Justice and Opportunities for Youth (DJJOY) facilities and community-based programs. The role analyzes regulatory requirements and policies, conducts on-site and remote reviews, develops outcome-based methodologies, and prepares reports and assessments for higher-level staff. This position reports to the Director of Quality Assurance at the Office of Children and Family Services in Rensselaer, New York.
Key qualifications
- One year of permanent competitive service as a Standards Compliance Analyst 1 (Youth Services), or a bachelor's degree plus one year of experience in a residential facility for court-adjudicated youth
- At least two years of full-time quality assurance experience in a residential facility for court-adjudicated youth or agency serving vulnerable populations
- Master's degree or higher with two years of full-time quality assurance experience as an alternative qualification
- Ability to independently conduct on-site and remote reviews and develop assessment methodologies
- Experience reviewing, developing, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
