- High school technical program graduation in CAD/CAM, construction technology, drafting, engineering, or electronics
- Two years of experience in engineering or related technical fields with high school diploma, OR associate's degree in relevant field
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must provide proof of citizenship and legal right to work
