- Proficiency in PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) and Project Management software
- Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills
- Preferred: Licensed and registered as a Registered Architect in NYS with 5+ years post-license experience in higher education and/or healthcare facilities
