The Assistant Director for Correctional Industries Operations oversees all manufacturing, abatement, and distribution operations for Corcraft across 26 correctional facilities statewide. This leadership position reports to the Director and directly supervises engineering, quality control, production planning, distribution, and plant managers. Responsibilities include strategic planning, performance monitoring, policy development, site visits to facilities, and coordination of new programs and product offerings.

- Ten years of experience in overall management and supervision of manufacturing operations in a factory setting with responsibility for three or more product lines at five or more plant locations
- Bachelor's degree may substitute for four years of required experience; Associate's degree may substitute for two years
- Demonstrated experience with strategic planning and leadership of a manufacturing entity
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Advanced experience with ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and CAD/CAM programs
- LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
