  • Experience developing and delivering educational programs, workshops, public presentations, or outreach initiatives
  • Excellent mediation, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, political science, law, conflict resolution, communications, education, or closely related field (preferred)
