IT Technician 4

The Nevada Department of Corrections is seeking to fill an IT Tech 4 in Carson City. This position will be responsible in helping to provide enterprise support to 18 locations. Incumbents act as Help Desk Support, establishing and assisting new users of Corrections applications such as network, email accounts, and/or rights. Incumbents troubleshoot and resolve initial help requests, assigning to other IT staff, or referring requests to vendors, or service repair, and maintain help requests tracking software and utilities.
