The Division of Social Services is looking for an IT Professional 3 in Carson City or Las Vegas, NV. The incumbent will provide critical support to the Division of Social Services (DSS) communications systems. This includes project planning; installation and maintenance of DSS server-based phone system, existing IX messaging system, conference phone system, various call center applications (Encore, CMS). Also knowledgeable in Avaya Agent for Desktop and Avaya Workplace remote worker applications.
