Key qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in project management, including planning and delivering complex business or technology improvement projects
- Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile/project management certification (preferred)
- Experience managing complex Agile projects involving multiple business units, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders (preferred)
- Experience with Agile project-management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence (preferred)
- Experience in government, public-sector, or regulated environments with understanding of organizational governance and compliance (preferred)
