The Special Education State Personnel Development Grant Coordinator develops personnel preparation and professional learning strategies to build systemic capacity in schools for students with disabilities. - Master's Degree or equivalent 36 post-baccalaureate credit hours in Education, Special Education, or related field

- Experience providing technical assistance to Local Education Agencies regarding IDEA and COMAR compliance
