Summary
School-Based Literacy Coaches will provide non-evaluative, job-embedded instructional coaching to K-3 teachers in Prince George's County, focusing on improving reading achievement through Science of Reading practices and high-quality instructional materials. - Experience supervising or coaching professional education staff
- Experience with high-impact coaching methods and developing professional learning cycles
