The Investment Associate supports derivatives trading and investment administration operations for the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System. Key qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or four years of relevant investments/finance experience

- Knowledge of collateral management, AANA calculations, margining, settlements, and Bloomberg account setup
- Strong quantitative analysis and research skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with derivatives, fixed income, equities, and multi-asset portfolio operations
- Strong communication and collaborative skills within a governance and compliance culture
