This full-time contractual IT Programmer Analyst Lead position serves as a technical lead for the Maryland Medicaid Information System (MMIS) Reporting Team. - Six years of experience in application systems design, development, testing, and implementation using standard programming languages
- Experience with Maryland Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) or similar state MMIS systems
- Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, ISPF and TSO
- IBM z/OS mainframe application development and support experience
- Experience with debugging and performance tools such as Xpeditor, File-AID and QMF
