Key qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (or higher degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Computer Science)
- Two years of demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining a performance management program
- Two years of experience maintaining, analyzing, and reporting organizational data to inform executive decision-making
- Preferred: Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field
- Preferred: Five or more years designing or managing a performance management and data analytics program
- Preferred: Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, R, or Python for data visualization and analysis
