Summary
The Office of General Counsel seeks a licensed Illinois attorney to serve as Assistant General Counsel for Labor Employment within the Department of Human Services. - Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Valid license to practice law in Illinois
- Three years of progressively responsible professional experience practicing law as a licensed attorney
- Three years of experience litigating or advising on labor and employment matters (preferred)
- Three years of experience advising on reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence (preferred)
- Three years of experience litigating before courts or administrative tribunals (preferred)
