- Ability to read, understand and apply complex written material including federal laws and State of Hawaii rules
- Ability to review and evaluate securities and business records to determine compliance with legal requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of securities registration requirements, broker-dealer operations, investment adviser requirements, and sound investment principles
