Summary
This position heads the Field Consultant Unit of the Bridge Design Section within the Highways Division, Department of Transportation. The engineer supervises planning, design, construction, and maintenance of major and complex engineering projects including bridges, separation structures, retaining walls, pedestrian facilities, tunnels, culverts, and small buildings. Responsibilities include conducting preliminary studies, preparing design computations and specifications, supervising construction and maintenance plans, and performing related duties as assigned.

- Four years of progressively responsible professional engineering experience
