Summary
The Florida Department of Health's Office of Information Technology seeks an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead the Technology Program Office and serve as the central point of coordination for technology initiatives across the Department. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role provides enterprise oversight of technology portfolio and project management, strategy, policy, procurement, vendor management, and budget planning. The position supervises assigned employees and contractors while managing the governance structure, standards, reporting, and performance measures for OIT-led initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience coordinating work across business, technical, cybersecurity, data, architecture, operations, fiscal, procurement, legal, privacy, records, vendor, and external partner function
