- Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, data analysis methods, and basic mathematics
- Ability to perform audits, interpret laws and regulations, analyze data, and prepare audit reports
- Preference given to applicants with Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Information Systems Auditor certification
- Willingness to stay current with computerized technology and cybersecurity issues and obtain additional training
