Summary
Under the direction of the Training Research Manager, this position provides management consulting services to improve capabilities and operational procedures for criminal justice information across the southern Florida service area (Broward, Dade, Martin, Monroe, and Palm Beach counties). The incumbent works independently and in teams to consult with local, state, and federal agencies on criminal justice information program planning, conducts customer assessments, and assists agencies with data collection needs and implementation requirements. The position requires travel up to 25 percent of the time and residency in Seminole County.
