Summary
This position serves as the Data Analytics Warehousing Director within the Division of Enterprise Innovation Technology at the Agency for Health Care Administration. The role directs the Enterprise Warehousing Data Analytics unit and is accountable for the Agency's data analytics program, enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms, and data services supporting Medicaid Enterprise Systems modernization and health care data reporting. The position reports directly to the Deputy Secretary for Enterprise Innovation Technology/Chief Information Officer and supervises a blended team of Agency FTE, OPS, and contracted staff.

- Direct and manage enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms including data ingestion, integration, storage, and curation
- Establish development standards for analytic products and conduct requirements sessions with Agency program offices
- Supervise assigned employees and exercise independent judgment in hiring, promotion, discipline and personnel management
- Develop and implement enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures addressing data quality and compliance
- Serve as technical authority on data warehousing and analytics platform decisions in governance forums
- Ensure statutorily required data submissions and legislative requests are accurate, complete, and timely
