Key qualifications
- Experience in planning project management including planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating planning projects
- Experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and procedures in land use and geospatial data
- Experience applying principles and practices of planning related to land use and geospatial data
- Preferred experience with ESRI Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software such as ArcGIS Pro
- Must obtain AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) certification within 24 months of hire
