Summary
This position manages the Operations Team at PHRST, overseeing the Help Desk and supporting cross-training efforts for end users across state agencies, schools, and other organizations. - Two years' experience as an acknowledged expert in HRIS applications managing HR, Pension, Benefits, Payroll, or Time and Attendance functions
- Two years' experience overseeing production HRIS system training processes and recommending system enhancements
- Two years' experience in information systems project management including planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- One year of staff supervision experience including planning, assigning, and evaluating work of others
- One year of experience developing and evaluating HRIS policies or procedures
