- Eight years of project engineer experience with full responsibility for engineering design of major building projects
- Considerable knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methods as applied to building construction
- Ability to analyze and review engineering reports, plans, and specifications
- Experience with digital reviews of contract documents and mechanical/plumbing systems for commercial and institutional buildings
- Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu for document review (preferred)
