Summary
The Core-CT Financials/Supply Chain Agency Information Technology Manager leads business and functional support teams delivering financial and supply chain services within Connecticut's PeopleSoft ERP system. This role manages day-to-day coordination of FSC service delivery, sets system priorities, oversees training and help desk staff, and works with OSC management and state agencies to ensure system reliability and data accuracy. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, located in Hartford, Connecticut.
Key qualifications
- 10 years of experience in computer/network operations, systems development, or IT analysis and planning
- 3 years of general experience in a lead capacity
- Experience with ERP systems, especially PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and Supply Chain
- Strong background in state financial and procurement policy and business practice
- Considerable knowledge of management principles, IT methods and equipment, and ability to analyze IT problems
- Effective leadership, communication, team and project management skills
