Key qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or healthcare-related field, or 10 years of experience in business analysis, healthcare analytics, or data analysis
- Experience working with healthcare data including medical claims, Medicaid, or Medicare data
- Experience querying and manipulating data using SQL, SAS, Python, R, Cognos, PowerBI, or similar technologies
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field and experience with Medicaid/Medicare claims and encounter data preferred
