Summary
The Applications Coordinator serves as the operational lead and primary liaison for the Arkansas Data Hub, the State's enterprise data-fabric platform supporting secure data sharing across executive branch agencies. This role oversees the delivery and reliability of Data Hub services, manages data-sharing workflows and integrations, and functions as a solution architect translating agency requirements into technical solutions. The Coordinator also leads troubleshooting efforts, develops documentation and training resources, and serves as the main point of contact for vendor support.
Key qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in application support, project coordination, or related IT role
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, data-fabric environments, or large-scale data-sharing solutions
- Experience with API-based integrations, ETL/ELT workflows, event streaming, or data virtualization
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience creating SOPs, documentation, and training resources
